What are your showroom hours?

Our beautiful showroom is open Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 p.m and Saturday, 9:30 a.m to 2 p.m.

When should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure availability of equipment. Orders may be adjusted up until one week prior to your event.

When do I pay for my order?

We will take your credit card number when you place your order. 20% of the order will be charged at that time. The balance must be paid one week prior to your event. We take Master Card, Visa, American Express, cash or checks.

Are there any other charges?

No. Create-A-Party does not charge a damage waiver, workmen’s compensation surcharge or sales tax on rental items.

How do I receive my rental equipment?

You may request will-call at our showroom or delivery. If picking up your order, please be sure your vehicle is large enough to accommodate your order without damage to the equipment or your vehicle. We will help you load your vehicle, but customers assume responsibility for the equipment and vehicle.

Certain rental items must be delivered and handled only by our staff: dance floors, tents, heaters, café and chivari chairs

Delivery rates are very reasonable and will be quoted when you place your order. However, please let our staff know if there are circumstances that might affect normal rates; such as after hours, rough terrain, stairs or long distances from parking area.


Will your staff set up the rental equipment?

Set up charges are included in many items such as tens, dance floors, Astroturf, stageing and heaters. Out staff will set up tables, chairs and umbrellas at a minimal cost. Set up must be arranged in advance to allow drivers to keep on their delivery schedules. Linen, china and glassware set up is not available.

Do I need to wash the linens and china after the party?

All plate must be rinsed of food and put back in their crates. Glassware and flatware do not require rinsing, but must be put back in the appropriate crates. Linens and napkins do not need to be laundered, but please shake out all food and decorations. And please do not put damp linens in plastic bags; they will mildew.

What if I lose or damage the linen or china?

Missing items will be charged on to the credit card and an invoice will be sent to your home or business. You have two weeks to return missing items for full credit. Damaged items will be held in our warehouse for two weeks if you choose to pick them up.
